How to use the Training Matrix

The Training Matrix is the perfect tool to help you manage and track your team’s training, especially in relation to the skills you want to develop. Here’s how to use it, step by step, to get the most out of it.

1. Track Training Progress

The Training Matrix allows you to easily check the status of all important training for your team. You can see which courses have been completed and which ones are still pending, so you always know where your team stands.

2. Connect Trainings to Skills

You can link trainings directly to the skills listed in your Skill Matrix. Simply select a skill, and you’ll be able to see which team members have completed the necessary training for each skill level. This makes it easy to track their progress.

3. Select Courses from the Company Catalog

Assigning training courses is simple. Go into your company’s course catalog, choose the trainings your team needs, and assign them to the appropriate people. It’s that easy!

4. Add New Mandatory Training

Need to introduce a new mandatory course? No problem! You can add it and decide how often the training should be renewed (for example, every year). You can even create custom team training courses, specifying whether they’re mandatory and how often they should be refreshed.

5. Assign Trainings to Your Team

Once you’ve selected the right trainings, just choose which team members need to complete them. These courses will automatically be added to their development plans, so they’ll know exactly what they need to do and when.

6. Notifications and Training Renewals
