To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager. Your task will be to accompany our customers from acquisition onwards, ensuring optimal use of our software.

Your Responsibilities
- Building strong customer relationships and regularly reviewing customer success
- Responsible for customer retention and expanding the customer base through positive customer experiences
- Participating in demo discussions and advising potential new customers
- Collaborating with product management to successfully handle sales
- Supporting project challenges and increasing user acceptance
- Enabling successful onboarding and identifying customer needs
- Working closely with product and development teams on product feedback to achieve individual customer support and meet success plans
- Creating and maintaining content for our customers on our website
- Communicating on social media
- Attending trade shows and customer events
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Business, Media, Social Sciences, Information Technology, International Management, or a comparable qualification
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Interest in IT applications and psychology
- Experience in customer contact or in the HR field is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and a structured working approach
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage
